CUE STANDARD SCREEN REPLACEMENT

 

One-year warranty on parts and labor.

 

We offer a one-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship affecting the quality and function of the screen when used in the correct manner. If the screen fails in the one-year warranty period you won't be charged for the installation of the replacement screen.

 

Products must not have been misused, improperly set up, abused, or tampered with for this warranty to apply. The determination is solely ours and its obligation will be to repair or replace the defective product.

 

Purchaser determines the suitability of all product usage and assumes all risk and liability. Neither the seller nor the manufacturer shall be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage from the use of the product. The warranty is non-transferable.

 

* Faulty HMI units are not covered under our warranty and is a completely separate issue from the replacement screen that was installed. The installed screen does not display graphics. All the graphics are on a LCD screen behind the screen that we installed. The black screen is a software issue that has caused the HMI to not function properly. If you need assistance on trying to troubleshoot the issue we are available to help over the phone.

In some instances a replacement LCD panel can fix the issue. If this is the case your will not be charged for the replacement under the stated warranty periods. If it does not fix the issue then you will only be charged $199.99 for the trip fee and diagnostics. If you need assistance on trying to troubleshoot the issue we are available to help over the phone.
