What is This Notice About?
As the owner of a Cadillac vehicle, your satisfaction with our product is very important to General Motors. This letter is intended to make you aware that some model year 2013 to 2017 Cadillac ATS, SRX, and XTS, or 2014 to 2017 Cadillac CTS, ELR and Escalade vehicles equipped with a Cadillac User Experience ("CUE") touchscreen display may exhibit a condition in which the CUE screens may bubble, delaminate, or spider-web.
Who Is Included in the Limited Special Reimbursement Program?
Owners and lessees of model year 2013 to 2017 Cadillac ATS, SRX, and XTS, and 2014 to 2017 Cadillac CTS, ELR and Escalade vehicles equipped with a CUE touchscreen display, who had received or may require out-of-warranty repairs or replacements of the CUE screens.
What is the Limited Special Reimbursement Program?
The Limited Special Reimbursement Program includes the following terms, conditions, and reimbursement amounts, which are also summarized in the chart below:
If this condition occurred on your 2015 CADILLAC CTS and you received a repair for the CUE system within 5 years of the date your vehicle was originally placed in service or 60,000 miles, whichever occurs first, you can submit a claim for reimbursement for the repair.
If this condition occurred on your 2015 CADILLAC CTS and you received a repair for the CUE system within 6 years of the date your vehicle was originally placed in service or 72,000 miles, whichever occurs first, you can submit a claim for reimbursement for fifty percent of the repair.
If this condition occurred on your 2015 CADILLAC CTS and you received a repair for the CUE system within 7 years of the date your vehicle was originally placed in service or 84,000 miles, whichever occurs first, you can submit a claim for reimbursement for twenty-five percent of the repair.
If this condition occurred on your 2015 CADILLAC CTS and you previously received a CUB system repair after the expiration of 7 years from the date your vehicle was originally placed in service or 84,000 miles, you may still be eligible to receive an alternative remedy under the Repair Reimbursement program.

The Limited Special Reimbursement Program also provides a limited special coverage for future repairs. If this condition occurs on your 2015 CADILLAC CTS and you obtain a future CUE system repair at a GM-authorized dealership within 5-years/60,000 miles, 6-years/72,000 miles, 7-years/84,000 miles, you can submit a claim for reimbursement in the amount corresponding to the year and mileage level (set forth in the chart above).
If this condition occurs on your 2015 CADILLAC CTS more than 7 years of the date your vehicle was originally placed in service or 84,000 miles, and you obtain a future CUE system repair at a GM-authorized dealership within 180 days of the date of this Notice, you can contact the Administrator to determine if you are eligible to receive an alternative remedy.
Diagnosis or repair for conditions other than the condition described above is not covered under this special coverage program.
How Do I Get a Reimbursement?
If you receive or received a repair as described above in this letter, please complete the enclosed Reimbursement Request Form along with all required documents, including proof of payment. Please complete and return the Reimbursement Request Form and the attached General Release and all supplemental documentation by mail to the following address:

Alternatively, you may submit a completed Reimbursement Request Form, General Release, and all' supplemental documentation online at www.cuelimitedreimbursementprogram.com
GM-authorized dealerships will not be able to reimburse you for these repairs or answer questions about this Limited Special Reimbursement Program. You can only receive reimbursement by submitting the Reimbursement Request form along with all required documents to Analyties Consulting LLC.
In order to be eligible for reimbursement, the completed form and required documents must be submitted within 180 days of this Notice for all prior repairs (i.e., no later than January 25, 2025) or 60 days from the date any future repairs are performed.
If you believe that your vehicle has the condition described above, and your vehicle is within the qualifying time/mileage requirements set forth in this letter, future repairs and adjustments qualifying under this special reimbursement program must be performed at an authorized General Motors dealership. You may want to contact your GM dealer or servicing entity to find out how long they will need to have your vehicle.
