    If you are experiencing one or more of the following issues, all you need is a replacement touch screen to permanently fix the problem. -Cracking -Shattered/spider web appearance -Unresponsive to touch in some or all of the screen -Erratic or random touch response However, if you have a black screen or other electrical problems, contact us and we can advise the best and lowest cost option for you.
  • Do you provide services outside your boundaries?
    Yes, we try to accommodate everyone, but the appointment might be a few weeks out due to scheduling. We do charge an extended service trip fee based on your location. You will be quoted for the additional service trip fee before booking.
  • What is your refund policy?
    We do not offer refunds on completed installations or parts. All warranty claims must be made through our contact us form at the bottom of our website. If your screen fails and you purchased through another vendor, don't hesitate to contact them for warranty or replacement concerns. If you have any questions, please let us know how to help.
  • Can we pay in advance for the your services?
    Payments will be collected on-site by your technician. Cash and Credit Card are accepted. All credit card transactions will incur a 3% transaction fee.
